KAMAZ Instrument Cluster
KAMAZ Instrument ClusterModel: 69.3801 and modifications
KAMAZ Instrument Cluster (hereinafter KAMAZ Instrument Cluster) is designed for processing and displaying information about functional and technical condition of units, aggregates, systems and vehicle motion parameters.


KAMAZ Instrument Cluster indicates:

a) using point indicators:

  • vehicle speed;
  • engine shaft rotating velocity;
  • fuel level;
  • coolant temperature;
  • circuit 1 air pressure;
  • circuit 2 air pressure;

b) using monitors:

  • total distance;
  • daily distance;
  • urea level;
  • motor oil pressure;
  • coolant temperature;
  • transmission oil temperature;
  • car system voltage;
  • engine operating time;
  • fuel consumption rate per 100 km;
  • fuel consumption rate per hour;
  • impulse number;
  • vehicle speed;
  • motor oil level;

c) using light and audio warning device:

  • condition of main aggregates and systems of the vehicle.

There is a possibility of setting the data on ratio of generator actuator to crankshaft and number of actuating coil pole pairs, value of engine running monitoring zone edge, value of lower limit for maximum speed.

CAN interface is usrd as an external interface for data exchange between KAMAZ Instrument Cluster and other vehicle devices.

The KAMAZ Instrument Cluster is manufactured in U2 climatic version for operation within the temperature range from – 40 °С to + 60 °С (69.3801, 69.3801-01) and T2 climatic version for operation within the temperature range from – 20 °С to + 60 °С (6907.3801, 6907.3801-01).

KAMAZ Instrument Cluster 69.3801-01 is being produced since May, 2015. It’s a substitute for KAMAZ Instrument Cluster 69.3801. Additionally, the cluster provides an opportunity to:
• connect analog pressure sensors with voltage output (1 — 5 V) to indicate the following  parameters: «Circuit 1 air pressure», «Circuit 2 air pressure», «Motor oil pressure»;
• connect two discrete break wear sensors;
• indicate following parameters at the display: «Vehicle speed», «Motor oil level».
