Galvanic and lacquer coating, laser marking

ELARA JSC has a wide range of capabilities for galvanic and lacquer coating, and also provides services in manufacturing information panels, front panels and illuminated buttons, nameplates, instrument panels, etc. with a laser marking method using special enamels.

Galvanic coating

ELARA JSC is ready to offer the following types of protective and protective-decorative coatings for component parts:

  • steel: cadmium coating, zinc coating, copper-nickel-chromium coating, chromium coating, bright nickel plating, chemical nickel plating, chemical oxidation and chemical phosphatizing;
  • copper and its alloys: tin-bismuth alloy coating, silver plating and palladation, sulfuric and bright nickel plating, chemical nickel plating, chemical passivation and chromium coating;
  • aluminum and its alloys: electrochemical oxidation, chemical oxidation; multilayer nickel-copper coating, chemical nickel-copper-tin bismuth;
  • corrosion resistant steel: chemical passivation, electrical polishing, cadmium coating, nickel coating.

Lacquer coating

ELARA JSC is ready to offer the following services in lacquer coating:

  • polymeric powder painting using electrostatic and tribostatic methods, and painting metallic products using liquid paints with a wide range of colours from RAL catalogue.
  • multilayer lacquer coating for flat surfaces with maximum dimensions 500 x 500 mm is performed through gradual application of two colours on the SFS-500 varnishing module. Component parts are painted in an automatic mode according to the installed program. 

Laser marking

ELARA JSC offers services in production of information panels, front panels and illuminated buttons, nameplates, instrument panels, etc. through a method of laser marking using special enamels produced by DIEGEL company, Germany. Lacquer coating is applied on the SFS-500 varnishing module produced by SPMA company, Germany. Laser marking is performed on the “Betamark – 2000” laser marking complex, and on the customized “L Designer F2” laser marking complex with a coordinate worktable with the length of travel 350 x 450 mm. The SFS-500 varnishing module is designed to apply a multilayer lacquer coating on flat surfaces (maximum dimensions 500 x 500 mm) with gradual application of two colours. Component parts painting is performed in an automatic mode according to the installed program.
